Usage Notes

• All THRU outputs are electrically identical
• The circuit supports long cable runs
• The MatrixPortal tap does not affect timing

Expansion Options

• Add additional THRU outputs using unused 74HC14 gates
• Add a power‑on LED
• Add a second LED for THRU activity
• Replace the 7805 with a switching regulator for higher efficiency
